It really works

I am a 60 year old guy. I have been taking Resveratrol capsules and NMN capsules since last January. The most significant improvement is less white hair and thicker hair which my hair stylist found it amazing. I am going to have my annual body check next month. Hope it also works well on my cardiovascular health.

AMAZINGLY UNEXPECTED

Am 76. Bought Resveratrol hoping it might help mend torn shoulder tendons before big overseas trip. Within 6 days I no longer needed to use magnifying glass to decipher tiny numbers in back of sudoku book. Totally unexpected but very welcome. Shoulder is improving too. Thank you.

Four month review

I have been taking 1000mg each of NMN and Resveratrol since late July(four and a half months) and have not noticed any significant difference. More slight improvements in energy, mental acuteness etc. I am 69 years old, exercise most days and I'm not overweight. Perhaps it takes longer for some; I'd be interested to know what people of similar age are experiencing.
